That simple rule applies more to the experienced hobbyist programmers more than anyone else.

I think it's a good idea, but not really for the sake of money, you donating towards a bounty is more of a vote that this Dev's hard work for fun is appreciated by those who play their games. The climate change I'm referring to is simply the more agreeable attitude we have towards the same topics we may have at least doubted before. As of late, there haven't been many boards that raised any new questions that we have not heard, or has been mentioned/discussed several times before. I'm curious about this climate change on the boards. After the poll, there will be another poll for the other candidates and this will be repeated constantly.

There are a voting poll by donors, then the candidate that receives more points will receive the system. The money of a bounty that surpasses the needed money (because of the last bounty being bigger than necessary) could be given back or randomly to other developer. You send the money to one of the developers available on the list of candidates and when the money is reached, the candidate is no longer available for donating the money. You send the money and then when the cost of a Pandora is reached, one Pandora is given to one developer chosen by the Pandora Team and Pandora scene members. Then there are few possibilities about giving the systems to devs: Candidates will be chosen based on a list of selected candidates by the Pandora Team and Pandora scene members. It could be a site where you send the money for the cause. What about a bounty system for giving Pandora systems to developers? It could help to promote the system and motivate developers from other platforms, specially in countries where the scene about GP32/GP2X systems is unknown to exist.
