Customers who have failed to prove his existing ownership of his/her Navicat license will not be eligible for an upgrade license. Upgrade licenses are only offered to existing customers who are able to present a valid Order ID from their last purchase, as well as the registered email address and the Serial Number of their existing license. Navicat desktop software upgrade license allow customers who have purchased an older version of Navicat to upgrade to the latest version without paying the full license fee.
